- Therefore, the nose is tiny, with a frequent nasal obstruction by lack of good opening of the airway through the collapsed nostrils.
- The treatment consisted of a complete nose reconstruction, but also a premaxillary reconstruction with the rib cartilages.
- The bony vault has been narrowed with the use of ultrasonic rhinoplasty. The dorsum has been raised with a DC-F (composite graft made of temporal fascia and diced cartilage)
