Ethnic rhinoplasty on oriental nose, by Dr. Gerbault:
- This young midle eastern woman had a quite typical nose: hump, wide ill defined tip with a rather thick skin.
- Structural ultrasonic rhinoplasty allows to reshape the nose without breaking the bones, with also a tip reshaping through cartilaginous sutures on a strong cartilaginous support, without trimming any cartilage. Thus, the overall nasal framework is preserved.
- The result is shown at 1 year with a natural significative refinement of the whole nose.
